The Quilting Season
Everyone who registered got a free fat quarter of
fabric from the Oodles of Doodles II line (a Red
Rooster fabric designed by Ricky Tims), seen above
right. The only rule: don't buy more of the challenge
fabric. Otherwise, use the fabric in any way desired,
even if to cover the rust spots in a car! The entire fat
quarter didn't need to be used.
All completed projects were on display for a week,
w/prizes given based on customer voting. (!st prize - $50
gift certificate; 2nd prize - $20 gift certificate; 3rd prize -
free spool of Aurifil thread.) Everyone who turned in a
completed project got a copy of Primitive Quilts and
Projects. Folks: what fantastic work!
